Hello! My name is Blanca Cano, and I am a Senior Architect from the School of Architecture of Granada, and a member nº 1270 of the Official College of Architects of Málaga. Since 2006, I have been involved in various architectural projects in eastern Andalusia, especially on the Costa del Sol. In addition to numerous homes, I have carried out projects for unique buildings such as the Vircell Laboratories Headquarters on the Granada Health campus, and the renovation of the Hotel Don Miguel in Marbella.

Interested in a more sustainable vision of architecture, I completed a master’s degree in Bioclimatic Architecture and Environment from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (2009).

Also in that year, I became involved in the urban renewal movement in the area now known as the Soho of Málaga. As a result of that project, I completed the studies to obtain the Diploma of Advanced Studies in Urban Planning from the University of Granada.

In subsequent years, I combined my professional activity as an independent architect with a research project on obsolete urban environments (EUObs) focused on their urban regeneration. The universities of Granada, Seville, and Málaga, as well as the Habitec foundation, participated in this project.

Once this stage as a researcher was completed, I decided to focus on a branch of architecture that had always caught my attention due to its creative potential: interior design.

After completing specialization courses, and an intense immersion process in the world of decoration, in 2016 we created a company specializing in architecture, interior design, and renovation projects, with which we have developed projects comprehensively.

This business stage has allowed me to learn firsthand the different approaches that can occur in a construction project. From the initial phase of the general design, through all the procedures and intermediate steps necessary to materialize an idea, to the definition and execution of the small details. I have learned to work, not only with materials typical of construction and building, but also with all types of finishing materials, coatings, fabrics, furniture, decoration, art pieces, plants, etc.

I consider it essential not only to design a good project, but also to carry out a good follow-up of it that guarantees its success. My passion is to give life to projects with feeling, that are practical and functional, and above all that respond to the needs and tastes of each client.

My name is Natalia Gil, I am a Building Engineer from the University of Granada and a member nº3.903 of the Official College of Quantity Surveyors and Technical Architects of Málaga.

Since the beginning of my professional career, I have gone through various spheres within the world of architecture and construction.

I began my career in an Architecture studio for 3 years, interested in carrying out diverse projects, from single-family homes to residential buildings, while also dealing with public bodies.

In the following 4 years, my career focused on construction, working as a site manager for a construction company and thus completing my training in this case, from the most practical and execution-oriented vision. This allowed me to expand my knowledge of materials, their uses, and the organization of works.

In recent years at the construction company, I combined my role as site manager with my activity as an independent quantity surveyor, thus beginning the most intense and enriching stage, carrying out project management with prior knowledge of project drafting and execution.

Currently, I work entirely as an independent quantity surveyor and after training as an interior designer at the National School of Design in Málaga, I decided to combine all my acquired knowledge and dedicate myself to Interior Design. For me, the most rewarding, exciting part that connects with people, the part to which I want to dedicate my efforts to create something special in each of the projects.

My name is Paco Burgos and I have just joined the team at Blanca Cano Interior Design & Architecture. I want to introduce myself and share a little about myself. I am a multidisciplinary professional with experience in computer systems administration, a law graduate, and a SEO specialist.

For more than 10 years, I was part of an engineering and internet services company in Málaga, where I had the opportunity to learn to develop many types of functions and skills. I have also worked as a production assistant at Mitad Doble Eventos, which has allowed me to acquire valuable experience in organization and teamwork.

I am excited to join this team and I hope to contribute my skills and experience to help provide the best possible experience to the clients of Blanca Cano Interior Design & Architecture. Greetings.
