Custom architecture projects
We carry out architecture projects for both new construction and renovation of existing buildings. Each project starts from a different context: a plot where to build a house, an old apartment that needs a comprehensive renovation, a premise that wants to change its use, or a building that must adapt to new standards and ways of living in it.
That is why we study each case individually. We analyze the place, the regulations, the existing structure, and the real needs of those who are going to live or work there. From this study, we develop the basic and execution project, defining distribution, facades, roofs, materials, and installations, so that the work can be executed safely, clearly, and without improvisations.
And when the project requires it, we complete this architectural phase with careful work on the interior space: fine distribution, light, materials, and atmospheres. A way to ensure that architecture and interior design advance in the same direction and that the building works as well inside as outside.

Behind every good work there is much more management than what is seen in the plans. In addition to designing the architecture project, we take care of all the technical and administrative parts necessary for it to be carried out safely and without surprises.
We develop the basic and execution project, adjusted to current regulations and the requirements of each town hall. We prepare the necessary documentation and manage municipal licenses, coordinating with the different technicians involved (engineering, quantity surveyors, etc.).
Our goal is that you have a clear vision of each phase (what is going to be done, how much it is going to cost, and in what timeframes) and that you feel that the project is in the hands of a team that contemplates both the creative and the technical and legal parts.

Once the work begins, it is essential that someone ensures that everything is executed as planned. That is where the construction management and the execution management come into play, two mandatory figures in certain types of projects and key to the tranquility of the owner.

- The construction management is responsible for ensuring that what is built respects the project, the regulations, and the license granted. It supervises the development of the work, resolves technical doubts, and makes decisions when unforeseen events arise.
- The execution management controls the quality of what is built: it verifies that the materials are adequate, reviews measurements and processes, and ensures that the work is executed safely and correctly.

Yes. Many of our clients live in another city or country. We combine online meetings with the exchange of plans, photos, and videos, and we document the evolution of the work so that you can follow it closely even if you are not here.

It depends on the type of project and whether there is new construction or renovation. You have to count the project time and the license processing time, which varies depending on the town hall. In the first meeting we will give you a realistic estimate of deadlines.
Do you also take care of the licenses and the administrative part?
Yes. We prepare the necessary documentation and manage the processing before the corresponding town hall, so you don’t have to take care of the technical and bureaucratic details.
Is it mandatory to have construction management?
In many types of works yes, the law requires that there be construction management and execution management. Beyond the legal obligation, having this service guarantees that the work is executed safely, controlled, and respecting the approved project.
Do you offer a “turnkey” service?
