Our renovation process: from idea to delivery
1. First conversation and visit to the space
We start with a call or online meeting to understand what you need: what type of renovation you want to do, what deadlines we are talking about, and what budget you are managing. Afterwards, we visit the home or premises (when possible) to take measurements, review the current state, and identify possible technical constraints.
2. Renovation proposal and indicative budget
With the initial information, we prepare a renovation proposal: planned layout, main actions, material criteria, and an indicative construction budget. This is where we contrast priorities, limits, and necessary adjustments with you before moving forward.
3. Technical project and licenses
Once the proposal is defined, we develop the necessary technical documentation: plans, reports, and details that will serve both to request offers from construction companies and to process the corresponding building permits in the city council.
4. Selection of construction company and trades
We help you compare construction budgets from different companies and choose the most appropriate option in relation to quality, deadlines, and price. Depending on each project, we can work with a global construction company or with specialized trades.
5. Construction management and coordination
During the execution, an architect from the Studio is in charge of the construction management: supervising that what is being built respects the project, the regulations, and the license, resolving technical doubts, and making decisions when unforeseen events appear. At the same time, it coordinates with the execution management and the different trades to maintain control of qualities, deadlines, and sequence of works.
7. Delivery and final adjustments
Before the final delivery, we review the finishes, check the installations, and resolve the last touches. The objective is that, when you access your home or your business again, you feel ready to use it again with peace of mind.
6. Monitoring and continuous communication
Throughout the renovation, we maintain constant communication with you: progress reports, site visits, calls, or online meetings, especially if you do not reside in Málaga. For us, it is key that you feel accompanied and know what phase your construction is in at all times.
